What exactly do I receive in the kit?
You receive a high-quality, unpainted (gray) 3D-printed figurine of yourself, based on the AI concept art you approved. The kit is a complete DIY experience and includes the figurine, a display base, a set of acrylic paints, and a brush.
How does the AI transformation work?
We use advanced AI models (Replicate for 2D and Tripo AI for 3D) to interpret your selfie into a stylized character. You can choose between different styles like Classic, Bobblehead, or Chibi.
Is my data secure?
Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your uploaded selfies are used only for generation and are automatically deleted within 30 days. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Can I request a different pose?
Yes! During the upload process, you can choose between a 'Natural' standing pose or keeping the 'Original' pose from your photo.
What if I don't like the AI concept art?
You can regenerate the concept art a limited number of times to get a result you're happy with before committing to the 3D generation and production.
How long does shipping take?
Production usually takes 3-5 business days, and shipping within Romania typically takes another 1-2 business days. International shipping times vary by destination.
Do I need to buy my own paints?
No! Every Figu kit comes with everything you need to start painting immediately, including a curated set of acrylic paints and a brush. If you're an experienced painter, you can of course use your own hobby paints (like Citadel or Vallejo) as well.
