Important: By uploading a selfie, you provide explicit consent for us to process your biometric data (facial features) to generate AI-based concept art and 3D models.

What we collect

Account information (email address and authentication data).
Uploaded images (selfies) used for AI generation.
Generated outputs (2D concept art and 3D mesh files).
Order and transaction data (excluding full credit card details, which are handled by Stripe).
Technical data (IP address, browser type, and usage patterns).

Data processors

We share data with the following trusted third-party providers to operate our service:

Supabase: Infrastructure, database, authentication, and secure file storage.
Stripe: Secure payment processing and fraud prevention.
Replicate: AI processing for generating 2D concept art.
Tripo AI: AI processing for generating 3D models from concepts.

Data retention

We only keep your data for as long as necessary:

Uploaded selfies: Automatically deleted within 30 days of upload.
Generated assets: Retained as long as your account is active or as needed for order fulfillment.
Account and order data: Retained for legal, tax, and accounting purposes.

Your rights

Under GDPR and other privacy laws, you have the following rights:

Access: Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Erasure: Request that we delete your personal data (Right to be Forgotten).
Rectification: Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Portability: Request a transfer of your data to another service.
Withdrawal: Withdraw your consent for biometric processing at any time.

We use essential cookies to maintain your session and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies without your consent.
