The rules and guidelines for using Figu.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Figu. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Description of Service
Figu provides an AI-powered service that transforms user-uploaded selfies into 2D concept art and 3D models, which are then manufactured as physical DIY figurine kits (including paints and brush) and shipped to the user.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use this service. By using Figu, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
3. User Content
You are solely responsible for the images you upload. You must own the rights to any image you upload or have explicit permission from the owner. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing the service.
4. AI Generation
Our service uses AI (Replicate and Tripo AI) to generate artistic interpretations. We do not guarantee that the output will be a perfect likeness or meet specific aesthetic expectations. The AI process is inherently probabilistic.
5. Intellectual Property
You own the generated 2D concept art and 3D models for personal use. Figu retains ownership of the underlying technology, software, and branding. Commercial use of generated assets requires a separate agreement.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Due to the highly customized nature of our products (made-to-order based on your face), we do not offer refunds once the production process has started, unless the physical product arrives damaged.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Romania.
